Destin First original team member climbing the ranks

Jennifer Dugan has been with Destin First Bank since the beginning.

And now the Destin First Bank team member looks forward to serving in a new position as Executive Administrator/Bank Officer and Corporate Secretary.

In her new role, Dugan will be working with the bank board and the shareholders as well as taking on a larger role in human resources and handling the bank's marketing.

She has served on the Destin First team since the bank was founded in 2006.
